What to include

• Your order number, which begins with #, and the email address you used at checkout.
• What happened, in a sentence or two, so we can help without back-and-forth.
• A photo, if your tumbler arrived dented, the print looks wrong, or a lid or straw is missing.
• The design name, if you are asking about a particular bird or want to swap one.

Help with an order

• Where is my parcel? Your shipping email has a tracking link. Processing takes 1-3 business days, then U.S. delivery is usually 5-9 business days and international 10-20. See our Shipping Policy.
• Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible; before the order ships, we can usually help.
• Want to send something back? You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first, then read our Return & Refund Policy.
• Care, size or cup-holder questions? Our FAQ and Size & Care page cover most of them.
