Paying for your tumbler should feel as easy as pouring a cold drink. Our checkout is encrypted from start to finish, and your full card number never reaches us.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay with the major credit and debit cards. Depending on your device and location, checkout may also offer quick options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every order is charged in U.S. dollars.

What keeps your payment safe

• Our website and checkout are hosted on Shopify, and every page is served over an encrypted (TLS) connection.
• Card information is processed by our payment processor to PCI DSS standards, the security rules set by the card industry.
• We never receive or keep your full card number.
• Orders pass through automatic fraud checks. Occasionally we may email you to confirm a detail before shipping, purely to protect you.

When the charge appears

Your payment is taken as soon as you place the order. If an order is cancelled or a return is refunded, the money goes back to the same card or account you used.

Cards issued outside the U.S.

If your card comes from a bank outside the United States, that bank may convert the charge to your own currency and could add a foreign transaction fee. Any such fee comes from your bank and is not something we charge.

Email info@eveningwren.com with the date and the amount you see, and we will look into it straight away. Our customer service email is available 24/7.

Watch out for impostors

Eveningwren will never email you asking for your card number, security code or password. If a message like that arrives in our name, please don't answer it; forward it to us so we can warn others.
