Shipping Policy

Shipping is $7.99 flat rate worldwide, and FREE on orders of $100 or more. Every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves us.

What shipping costs

Each tumbler is $59.99, so two tumblers (or any basket reaching $100) travel free.

How long it takes

Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships. They are estimates, and storms, carrier backlogs, customs checks and the holiday rush can stretch them by a few days.

Tracking every parcel

When your order leaves us, an email with a tracking link lands in your inbox. If the parcel seems to have stalled or hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to info@eveningwren.com and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Where we send parcels

We deliver across the United States and to most countries around the world. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, drop us a line and we will see what we can do.

Duties and taxes on international orders

Parcels sent outside the United States may be charged import duties or local taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not part of our shipping charge.

Please check your address

Take a moment to review your delivery details at checkout. After a parcel has shipped we can no longer redirect it. If you notice a mistake straight after ordering, email us right away and we will try to correct it before it goes out.

If it arrives damaged

Each tumbler is boxed to travel well. Should one reach you dented or with a marked print, email a photo to info@eveningwren.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it free of charge. Our Return & Refund Policy has more.
